Gender Equality Index
2025 – Gender Equality Index
Created by the Professional Future Act of September 2018, the Gender Equality Index was designed to end gender inequality in the workplace.
Each year, companies with at least 50 employees must calculate and publish this index on their website.
The index corresponding to our company’s workforce is calculated on the basis of four indicators, out of a total of 100 points:
- The gender pay gap: score obtained 25/40
- The gap in the distribution of individual pay rises: score obtained 35/35
- The number of female employees receiving a pay increase upon their return
- from maternity leave: score obtained 15/15
- Gender parity among the 10 highest paid employees: score obtained 10/10
This gives a total of 85 out of 100 points.
Our goals for improvement:
Interparfums is particularly vigilant in ensuring equal pay for women and men when hiring, given equal skills and experience.

Finally, Interparfums is particularly active in promoting women to management positions.
