Corporate Philanthropy

The Group also develops initiatives aimed at civil society in the following areas: local economic development; relations with educational institutions; and funding for community projects.
It supports associations and institutions working in the fields of solidarity, childhood, the fight against exclusion and health by providing financial assistance to help them carry out their projects and initiatives.

In 2022, support was provided to CEW to finance the work of socio-aestheticians with women suffering from cancer, and to EliseCare, which helps civilian victims of war. Donations were also made to the Red Cross in the context of the conflict in Ukraine and to the Delivering Good association to support people in precarious situations. These few examples illustrate Interparfums’ commitment. In addition, 1% of Rochas Girl’s turnover is donated to the international collective 1% For The Planet, which helps various associations working to protect the environment.
In 2025, the Group aims to structure its social approach by continuing to support causes that are close to its heart and in line with its CSR policy.

Véronique Morali : Independent Director & member of the Audit Committee & the Corporate Governance, Nominations and Compensation Committee

Date of 1st appointment: April 21st, 2023.

After graduating from Sciences Po, the ESCP business school and obtaining a master’s degree in corporate law, Véronique Morali (65) joined the ENA and the Inspection Générale des Finances, which she left in 1990 to become CEO of Fimalac to participate, along with its founder, in the international expansion of this listed
Group and in defining its strategic activities. She is currently Vice-Chair of the Fimalac Executive Committee and Chair of Fimalac Développement.
Since 2013, Véronique Morali is Co-CEO of Webedia, Europe’s leading digital entertainment group.

She has also worked for Jellyfish from 2019 to 2022. Jellyfish represents a new type of ‘digital partner’ agency with 30 international offices, which combines data, creative and programmatic media buying across all platforms (GAFAservice company).

Véronique Morali is also President and founder of the Force Femmes association which helps women over 45 find employment, and co founder of the Women Corporate Directors Paris (network of women Board members).She has also served as President of the Women’s Forum.

Véronique Morali, 65 ans, après Sciences Po, l’ESCP et une maîtrise en Droit des affaires, intègre l’ENA et l’Inspection Générale des Finances qu’elle quitte en 1990 pour devenir Directrice générale de Fimalac et ainsi participer, avec son fondateur, à l’ouverture internationale de ce groupe coté et au choix de ses activités stratégiques. Elle est aujourd’hui Vice-Présidente du Comité exécutif de Fimalac et Présidente de Fimalac Développement.

Depuis 2013, Véronique Morali est co-CEO de Webedia, premier groupe de divertissement digital européen.

De 2019 à 2022, elle oeuvre au sein de Jellyfish, nouveau modèle d’agence‑partenaire business, implanté au sein de 30 bureaux internationaux et mêlant data, création et achat média programmatique sur l’ensemble des plateformes (‘GAFA-service company’).

Véronique Morali est Présidente et fondatrice de l’association Force Femmes, qui a pour vocation d’aider les femmes de plus de 45 ans à retrouver un emploi et co‑fondatrice du Women Corporate Directors Paris (réseau de femmes membres de Conseils d’administration).
