A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Marie-Astrid Berruyer began her career in 1996 at L'Oréal Luxe before joining the Chalhoub Group in Dubai to develop Coty Prestige brands. In 2001, she joined Coty's International Marketing department, where she held various positions for nine years, including Marketing Director in 2005.
She joined Interparfums in 2011 for Burberry fragrances, then took over the management of fragrances for the Boucheron, Karl Lagerfeld, Montblanc and Rochas. brands. Now Executive Marketing Director, she and her teams oversee development, marketing and communication strategies.
As Vice-President of the Fragrance Foundation France, she is committed to promoting perfume and shares her expertise by teaching on Master's programmes in Marketing (ESSEC, SciencesPo Paris, Ecole Supérieure du Parfum).

Natacha Cennac-Finateu joined the Interparfums Group as General Counsel in 2018.
Beginning her career at Yves Saint Laurent Couture and Louis Vuitton Malletier, in 2001 she joined CMC Agnès b. where she was tasked with creating its legal department. In 2010, she joined Jeanne Lanvin as an in-house lawyer before becoming its Chief Legal Officer in 2014. Ms. Cennac-Finateu holds advanced degrees in business law (DESS) and criminology.
Pierre Desaulles is currently the Managing Director of the US entity Interparfums Luxury Brands.
After starting his career with Parfums Givenchy and Cartier Maroquinerie, this HEC graduate returned to his first love and the perfume industry by joining Philippe Benacin’s Interparfums team in 2003.
For fifteen years, he worked in the marketing team until taking over one of the two poles with a diversified portfolio from Boucheron to Montblanc. In 2018, he left the marketing division and joined the American subsidiary to lead the activity.
Renaud Boisson started his career at Unilever in 1995. After a few years at Ulric de Varens and Yves Saint Laurent Beauté, he held the position of Export Manager in charge of Asia Pacific in 2005.
In 2010, Renaud opened the Singapore office. He is since the CEO of Interparfums Asia Pacific, managing a team currently composed of 16 people.
Jerôme Thermoz began his career at Nickel, a men’s skincare brand that he commercially developed to raise it up to the 3rd place of men’s skincare on the French market.
He joined Interparfums in 2004 as the Executive Director- Sales France.
With his experienced team, he develops all the group’s brands by defining strategies for each of them on the French market and by coordinating its various services:

After obtaining a Masters degree in Economic and Social Administration, Delphine Pommier started her career at Beauté Prestige International (Shiseido) on the Jean Paul Gaultier brand. She then joined Interparfums in 2000 as a Marketing Manager for the Burberry brand.
Today, Delphine Pommier is Chief Marketing Officer. She and her teams oversee development, marketing, and communication strategies for the Coach, Jimmy Choo, Lacoste, Lanvin, Off White, Solferino, Annick Goutal and Van Cleef & Arpels brands.
A graduate from the University of Bordeaux and from the Bordeaux’s Business School, after a first experience at Alstom then at Nestlé, Axel Marot joined the team Interparfums in 2003 as Supply Chain Manager.

Véronique DURETZ holds a degree in law and political science and a Master’s degree (DESS) in human resources from IAE (Institut d’Administration des Entreprises). She joins Interparfums as Head of Human Resources in 2018.
After a first experience at a Bouygues Group subsidiary, she joined the French luxury eyewear manufacturer, Henry Julien (Henry Julien and Boucheron brands) as Human Resources Manager in 1998.
In 2001, she joined the Puig Group (Nina Ricci, Paco Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier brands…) as Human Resources Manager, then becoming its Head of Human Resources in 2007.
In 2016, she joined the AmorePacific Group (Annick Goudal, Lolita Lempicka brands) where she became Head of Human Resources for all European subsidiaries (head office, manufacturing factory, retail and distribution network).
A graduate of IEA Paris, Stanislas Archambault began his career at ADIPAR US in 1997 and then at Annick Goutal US in 2001. He joined the Interparfums team in 2005 as Export Manager.
In 2010, Stanislas Archambault was appointed Managing Director of Interparfums Luxury Brands in the United States. With a team of sixty people, he led the group’s distribution subsidiary in the United States, in charge of developing the company’s portfolio brands in the US domestic market.
In 2018, he returned to France and became the company’s Executive Director- Operational Marketing & Digital of the brands Montblanc, Boucheron and Karl Lagerfeld.

A graduate of ESSCA in Angers and the Collège des Hautes Etudes de l’Environnement et du Développement Durable (CHEDD) Centrale Paris, Caroline Renoux, 48, founded Birdeo in 2010, a leading recruitment and HR consultancy firm specializing in positive impact jobs and sustainable development, awarded the B Corp label in 2015 and Mission Company status in 2021.
Driven by a genuine sensibility to environmental issues and convinced that the new economic, social and environmental challenges are at least equivalent to those caused by the digital revolution, in 2019 she decided to take things a step further and created People4Impact by Birdeo, the first community of freelance experts and interim managers specializing in sustainable development issues.
Caroline Renoux also works with Management Committees and Boards of Directors on how to organize CSR skills and functions within companies.
A speaker and author of several articles, she also published a book in 2018 entitled “Comment faire carrière dans la RSE et le développement durable” (“How to make a career in CSR and sustainable development”).

Olivier Mauny, 65, is a graduate of ESCP business school. After a mission with the SCAC (Service de Coopération et d’Action Culturelle) in Cairo in the commercial department of the French Embassy, he joined Seita where he served as export sector manager for North Africa, the Middle East and then Western Europe for four years.
He first entered the luxury goods industry in 1988, working for Yves Saint Laurent Parfums in international marketing.He subsequently held various general management positions at Roger & Gallet in 1993, then at the LVMH Group from 1996 to 2004 (Manager of the Parfums Givenchy subsidiaries, Chairman-CEO of Make Up For Ever).
In 2005, he became CEO of Lalique, which he turned around in 4 years.
From 2009 to 2023, he has worked for the Chanel Group, first as CEO of Eres and then as Head of Global Eyewear within the Fashion division where he manages the worldwide Luxottica license for eyewear.
He is now a partner at FM7 Conseil.

Dominique Cyrot, 72, has a master’s degree in management from University Paris IX Dauphine. Renaud Boisson a commencé sa carrière chez Unilever en 1995. Après quelques années chez Ulric de Varens, puis chez Yves Saint Laurent Beauté, en 2005 il intègre Interparfums en tant qu’Export Manager en charge de l’Asie Pacifique.
En 2010, Renaud Boisson ouvre le bureau de Singapour ; il est depuis Directeur Général Interparfums Asia Pacific, gérant ainsi une équipe composée actuellement de 16 personnes.
Jérôme Thermoz a débuté sa carrière chez Nickel, marque de soins pour homme qu’il a développée commercialement pour la hisser à la 3ème place des soins masculins sur le marché Français. Il entre ensuite chez Interparfums en 2004 en tant que Directeur des Ventes France.

Véronique Duretz diplômée en Droit et Sciences Politiques et titulaire d’un DESS Ressources Humaines de l’Institut d’Administration des Entreprises (IAE) a rejoint le groupe Interparfums au poste de Directrice des Ressources Humaines en 2018.
Après une première expérience au sein d’une filiale du Groupe Bouygues, elle rejoint, en 1998, le lunetier Français haut de gamme Henry Jullien (marques Henry Jullien et Boucheron) en qualité de Responsable du personnel.
En 2001, elle intègre le groupe Puig (Marques Nina Ricci, Paco Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier…) en qualité de Responsable des Ressources Humaines et devient ensuite Directrice des Ressources Humaines en 2007.
En 2016, elle part rejoindre le groupe AmorePacific (marques Annick Goutal, Lolita Lempicka) où elle prend la Direction des Ressources Humaines pour l’ensemble des filiales européennes (sièges, usine et réseau retail).

Philippe Santi, 63 ans, diplômé de Neoma (École Supérieure de Commerce de Reims) et diplômé d’expertise comptable est Directeur Finances et Juridique de la société Interparfums SA depuis 1995 et Directeur Général Délégué depuis 2004.

Portée par une réelle prise de conscience écologique et convaincue que les nouveaux enjeux économiques, sociaux et environnementaux vont engendrer une révolution au moins équivalente à celle du digital, elle décide en 2019, d’aller encore plus loin et crée alors People4Impact by Birdeo, la première communauté d’experts freelances et managers de transition spécialisés sur les enjeux de développement durable.

Olivier Mauny, 65 ans, est diplômé de l’ESCP. Après une coopération au Caire au service commercial de l’Ambassade de France, il rejoint la Seita où il est chef de secteur export Afrique du Nord, Moyen-Orient puis Europe de l’Ouest pendant 4 ans.
Puis, il entame sa carrière dans l’industrie du luxe en 1988 chez Yves Saint Laurent Parfums au marketing international.Il a ensuite occupé différents postes de Direction Générale de Roger & Gallet en 1993, puis au sein du Groupe LVMH de 1996 à 2004 (Directeur des filiales de Parfums Givenchy, PDG de Make Up For Ever).
En 2005, il devient PDG de Lalique qu’il redresse en 4 ans.
De 2009 à 2023, il travaille au sein du Groupe Chanel, d’abord comme Directeur Général de Eres puis comme « Head of Global Eyewear » au sein de la division Mode
où il gère la licence mondiale Luxottica pour les lunettes.
Il est maintenant associé de la société FM7 Conseil.

Natalie Bader Messian, 61 ans, est un Business leader avec plus de 30 ans d’expérience dans le luxe et le retail. Experte en stratégie de marques et de produits dans le domaine des cosmétiques, de la mode, de la joaillerie, de l’hospitalité et du retail, elle a réalisé un parcours international à des postes clefs dans des marques ou des groupes familiaux de grande exigence et à forte culture (Chanel, LVMH, Prada, Clarins, Ritz Paris).
Aujourd’hui, elle se consacre à des missions de conseil en stratégie de marque pour des grandes marques de luxe, à ses mandats d’administratrice, et pilote le développement d’une marque qu’elle a créée en 2025.
Manager orienté sur la performance, avec une grande capacité d’écoute et d’adaptation, elle possède une personnalité dynamique, créative et engagée et apporte une vision moderne et internationale.
